Brief description of this video tutorial:
First set up the UVW layout. Second make up a clipart for female texture (from difference photos). Third fill the gap between the segemented body parts photos. Finally, clean up the texture, enhance some of the anatomy feature of the female and fine tune the overall skin tune.
